We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a visitor count system at Ueno Zoo. Before the implementation, the challenge was that in order to continue the zoo's mission of conveying the importance of wildlife conservation through interactions with animals, it was urgent to create an environment where visitors could enjoy the zoo with peace of mind.
