The lush, forest-like exterior design pays careful attention to each individual planting. The second floor features a deck connecting six buildings and is equipped with an elevator. It offers a safe space for raising children, with several tenants on the first floor, and is located just a five-minute walk from Wako City Station, making it an excellent location. This village allows local residents to pass freely and serves as a pathway to the station. It has received world-class LEED certification and the Good Design Award. It has been featured in many media outlets as a new point of interest in Wako City. We would like to introduce an example of a renovation project we conducted using lightweight steel framing. By exposing some of the steel and reinforcing bars, we achieved an open and spacious environment. We have cleverly utilized wall storage to maximize the use of space as much as possible.
