Our company handles nugget processing (nugget manufacturing). We process insulated wires and insulated copper wires using a nugget machine (crusher), crushing them into rice grain-sized pieces. After passing through a primary crusher and a secondary crusher via a quantitative supply device, we use a magnetic separator and a vibrating screen to separate the insulation (the insulating part of the wire) and the conductor (the metal part of the wire) by specific gravity. The result is high-purity copper scrap and insulation chips that have undergone nugget processing, which are then sorted and collected for thermal recycling and material recycling. Additionally, we also offer industrial waste collection and transportation processing, as well as various recycling services.
