We have implemented a system update for our information management platform 'b-platform,' which centralizes information related to buildings and facilities and transforms it into intellectual property. Additionally, we are pleased to announce the launch of the "DX Promotion Support Service," which supports companies promoting digital transformation (DX) in facility management by assisting with the entire process from implementation to operation. This service is a cloud-based platform that centralizes various documents such as completion drawings, renovation plans, construction history, defect information, and maintenance records that are scattered within the company, transforming them into intellectual property. Since its launch in April 2021, it has been adopted by 23 companies across 11 industries, including manufacturing, distribution, public facilities, and educational institutions, achieving efficiency in facility management and operations for various applications, contributing to cost reduction and productivity improvement.
