Fine Industrial's two-layer permeable pavement is an environmentally friendly paving system that adopts a unique two-layer structure to efficiently allow rainwater to permeate into the ground. The upper layer uses natural gravel with excellent aesthetic qualities, while the lower layer features a high-permeability base layer with a void ratio of over 40%. This design quickly absorbs and disperses rainwater, helping to prevent the formation of puddles. Unlike typical 10mm thick resin pavements, it can be directly applied to crushed stone bases. By ensuring a thickness of 30-40mm for sidewalks and 40-50mm for roadways, it eliminates the need for asphalt or concrete sub-bases, achieving cost reduction in materials and shortening construction time. It also contributes to reducing the load on drainage facilities and lowering infrastructure costs. "Stone Coat" is a resin paving material designed for designers who prioritize aesthetics, permeability, and safety. Its unique resin binder solidifies natural stones and gravel through point adhesion, forming a continuous void structure that enhances the texture of the materials. It allows rainwater to permeate while incorporating the unique expressions of natural materials into the space. In rooftop gardens and terrace spaces, it is also effective as a material to prevent gravel scattering. It suppresses the movement of gravel during strong winds, foot traffic, and drainage, reducing the risk of scattering to surrounding areas and clogging of drainage outlets. Unlike traditional loose gravel paving, it enhances safety and maintenance while maintaining aesthetic appeal. The type, particle size, and color of the aggregates can be freely selected, allowing for a wide range of design expressions from natural to modern. The seamless finish minimizes visual noise and brings a sense of unity to the entire space. Additionally, it is less likely to create level differences, making it flexible for pedestrian pathways and barrier-free design. We would like to introduce our "permeable decorative cover." A permeable decorative cover is a product used as an alternative to drainage covers commonly seen in sidewalk gutters. Traditionally, these covers often became clogged with debris and fallen leaves entering through gaps, whereas our product allows only water to pass through while blocking debris. Additionally, in places requiring hygiene management, such as food factories, or in public facilities like parks where mosquitoes are likely to breed, mosquitoes can enter through the holes in concrete covers and lay their eggs, leading to repeated breeding from May to October. Installing a permeable decorative cover addresses these issues. We are currently in the process of applying for a patent for this new product. In recent times, as rooftop greening has become a demand, we are providing support to various customers and would like to introduce a case study focused on maintaining the landscape of rooftop gardens. By solidifying the sand pattern designs such as stone gardens and dry landscapes, the surface becomes walkable. It is easy to blow away fallen leaves and other debris using a blower, even when replacing the plantings behind the sand pattern design. This allows for consistently beautiful sand patterns and peace of mind even on typhoon days. "Fiber U" is an elastic, permeable resin pavement adhesive made from urethane material. It can be applied directly over concrete substrates such as parking lots or on new and existing asphalt. Being a non-yellowing type, it helps maintain the wet color of natural gravel for a long time.
