In response, we proposed a newly developed water-based lubricant paint from a paint manufacturer. This water-based coating can be cured at 120°C for 10 minutes at low temperatures, allowing for processing without affecting the substrate. When cutting film with a cutting blade heated to 360℃, we received a request to prevent the film (hot helmet) from sticking to the cutting blade. In response, we proposed a silicone resin combined with a boron-based paint.
