"Kasane" is a knife born from the techniques of Seki City in Gifu Prefecture, a town with a long tradition of blade-making, and the rich nature of Japan. The handle is made from the rare natural wood, Yamazakura, sourced from Gifu Prefecture. It utilizes thin materials that would traditionally be discarded or crushed into chips.
