• Environmental Survey

We conduct usability tests (user tests) where actual users (subjects) use our products and services, allowing us to extract and analyze issues related to clarity and ease of use based on their behavior. The scale of the usability tests (number of subjects, number of tasks) is adjusted according to the state of the evaluation target (development stage), budget, and delivery schedule. • Environmental Survey

We conduct expert evaluations to identify usability issues by having usability experts operate (walk through) the products or services being evaluated, instead of having subjects use them. Since the cooperation of subjects is not required, evaluations can be conducted in a short period of time and at a relatively low cost.
