We have upgraded the civil engineering industry add-on software "J-CIVIL," which can be installed on the DWG-compatible CAD software "ARES," on June 13, 2025. In version 1.2, we have newly implemented the "linear function." ◎ Support for IP method and element method creation/editing By reviewing the calculation method for the spiral curve, we have improved calculation efficiency and overall processing speed. It is possible to draw lines from imported coordinate data or to click on the drawing to obtain coordinates. You can change the color of the lines being created, allowing for easy customization of the drawing based on purpose or verification needs. ◎ SIMA input/output Supports reading and writing SIMA files. During input, you can switch between the element method and IP method for calculations, and you can specify the target for input when reading. ◎ User-friendly screen design Most functions can be operated with buttons! Reflecting feedback from our existing customers who requested "terms that are easy to understand at a glance," we have focused on creating a screen design and expressions that are easy for beginners to understand.
