The "Business Consensus Game" is an exercise where participants read a consensus story, organize the strengths and weaknesses of the characters, and work towards forming agreements with others. The consensus story features six characters with differing perspectives (a salesperson, a boss, a junior employee, a client company president, a fiancé, and the fiancé's father).
