Our company conducts IKIGAI training that considers IKIGAI from multiple perspectives, fosters self-esteem, and encourages a positive outlook on future life. We highly recommend adding this to milestone training for middle-aged and older adults. The entire process from planning to implementation and reflection can be handled via ZOOM, and the training will utilize ZOOM's breakout sessions for effective discussions.
