Tetsuchan Juku has published 'Winning! Store Manager School.' This book consolidates important management skills that store managers of individual food supermarkets should acquire for effective store operations. It compiles the Five Management series that has been serialized in Monthly Food Commerce from 2022 to 2024 over approximately two years. We have uploaded a video introducing consulting case studies from Tech-chan School. This video showcases specific consulting initiatives undertaken by Tech-chan School in collaboration with partner companies. It includes an annual schedule, a daily timetable, and individual summaries of the content. We hope that by watching this video, it will serve as a reference for companies seeking consulting services. The content of this video was created based on discussions with the companies receiving consulting services, and while not everything follows this schedule exactly, it is a fact that many companies have improved their performance through this process.
