The Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework was adopted in December 2022, setting the goal of halting biodiversity loss and putting it on a recovery trajectory by 2030, with the aim of achieving Nature Positive (nature restoration). To realize this goal, the target of conserving over 30% of land and sea by 2030 is referred to as "30by30." To achieve these goals, the Ministry of the Environment certifies areas where biodiversity conservation is being promoted through private initiatives as Nature Coexistence Sites. For development activities of a certain scale or larger within Shizuoka Prefecture, it is required to conclude an agreement containing necessary matters for the conservation of the natural environment based on the Shizuoka Prefecture Natural Environment Conservation Ordinance (Article 24). • Environmental Survey

Our company conducts the preparation of survey plans, current situation assessment, forecasting, evaluation, and the creation of living environment impact survey reports. We also provide assistance with meetings with administrative bodies and resident briefings as necessary, and support procedures based on the Waste Management Law. For the application for permits related to the establishment or relocation of waste treatment facilities (such as incineration facilities, final disposal sites, crushing and sorting facilities, and sewage treatment facilities), a "living environment impact survey" is required to predict and evaluate the environmental impact on the surrounding area and to implement environmental conservation measures as necessary.
