We would like to introduce a case study of a robot delivery system developed for apartments in collaboration with Fulltime System Co., Ltd., a maker of delivery lockers. The system includes a "pallet robot" that can automatically retrieve packages from the delivery box, a "transport robot" that receives packages from the pallet robot and can deliver them in front of residences, and a "elevator linkage device" that enables integration with elevators, all managed and controlled by a central control system designed and developed in-house. We would like to introduce a case where the technology of QBIT's "QUBIC" is used in the advanced management system of service robots by NTT East's e-city labo. As the introduction of various service robots such as delivery robots, security robots, and cleaning robots progresses, it is necessary for each robot to work together, managing traffic among the robots and utilizing facilities like elevators and automatic doors. However, the current situation is that collaboration is difficult due to differences in manufacturers.
