• Fittings

SUS304 cold flat bars can be manufactured in thicknesses from 8mm to 35mm and widths from 14mm to 300mm. If you have any requests for other steel grades or sizes, please feel free to contact us.

• Gates, walls and fences

Thickness of 3 mm or more, width of 9 mm or more can be manufactured. It is possible to produce not only the stock sizes but also according to the customer's specified sizes.

• Window and shutter openings

• Special Construction Method

We would like to introduce our "Special Shape Drawing Process." When creating a 20mm square steel from a round material of φ30mm×4M, the length of the processed 20mm square steel obtained through drawing increases due to the reduction in cross-sectional area, resulting in a loss rate of 5.7%. The drawing process leads to approximately 7 times less loss rate compared to cutting processes. "Drawing" refers to a processing method in which a rod or wire material is passed through a drawing machine or wire drawing machine, pulled through a die (mold) hole, and drawn into bar or coil materials with the cross-sectional shape of the die exit. Compared to cutting processes, it has a very good yield and allows for increased strength. For example, by applying drawing processing to S15C material, it is possible to achieve tensile strength equivalent to S45C. "Drawing processing" is a special processing technology that belongs to "plastic processing" among the many types of metal processing in the world. Our technology adopts "cold drawing (at room temperature)" within drawing processing. Unlike cutting or grinding, which involve removing material, this is a "plastic processing" method that does not involve cutting, resulting in minimal loss of expensive metal materials (such as stainless steel). We would like to introduce the advantages of our specialty in drawing processing. Since it is a process that changes the cross-sectional shape of the material through plastic deformation (reducing the cross-sectional area) and elongates it, the yield is significantly better compared to machining processes that alter the shape by cutting.
