(Construction Company) By taking a large number of pinpoint photos, we have been able to prevent mistakes such as "forgetting to take photos" and "missing shots." However, the data volume is still too large, making it "difficult to manage." During the pre-construction survey phase, we were unable to determine the door opening direction and the arrangement of parts, which required us to revisit the site for re-surveys and additional investigations, resulting in "poor cost performance." Additionally, when explaining the details of the construction and finishing to clients, there are times when we "couldn't convey the information well" or there is a "misalignment in the image." This has led to an increase in rework, raising concerns about "cost issues." We have received feedback that these problems were resolved through the "use of Panorama Memo!" (a water treatment and maintenance company) Handling vast amounts of information (completion documents, photos, maintenance history, etc.) was quite a challenge... "Which site is this photo from?" "I can't find the manual for that machine...!" "This maintenance history hasn't been shared...!" Days spent flipping through documents and relying on the "memories" of long-time employees to search for data. What a waste of time... When reconsidering whether there is space to install construction vehicles during additional work, we often had to revisit the site multiple times, which significantly impacted our working hours. Additionally, we were concerned about the variability in estimation accuracy depending on whether a site survey was "conducted" or "not conducted." Days filled with frustration... However!!
