Our company conducts investigations to determine whether there are identical or similar technologies for patent applications seeking to obtain patent rights. In particular, we carry out prior art searches to gather the technical information and literature necessary for patent office examiners to assess the novelty and inventiveness of patent applications. Basically, we utilize a patent literature search system (patent and utility model search system) that is connected online to the patent office, allowing us to conduct searches in the same environment as the patent office examiners.
