Our company provides surface treatment processing using "hard chrome plating." This method achieves a hardness of approximately 1000 Hv on the Vickers scale, imparting mechanical properties such as lubricity, plating thickness, mold release properties, and wear resistance at a relatively low cost, making it a highly regarded surface treatment method. We apply chrome plating directly to the surfaces of important components such as various cylinders, rollers, shafts, and other industrial machine products, with a thickness of approximately 1μm to 30μm, as requested by our customers.
