The requester and the investigator will meet, and after a preliminary contract, the investigation will commence. 2. After the investigator inspects the accident site, they will consider the schedule for the site investigation and the necessary equipment. 3. In consultation with the requester, the investigation date will be determined, and a formal contract will be established. 4. The site investigation will be conducted, and the requester will be asked to be present as much as possible. 5. The data obtained from the site investigation will be analyzed, and an examination of the cause of the accident will be conducted. 6.
