Our company provides a seismic retrofitting method called "Remake Ring," which involves installing flexible seismic joints at the connection points between the non-excavated rehabilitated pipes (independent pipes) and manholes. This method is designed to accommodate the extraction, protrusion, and bending of rehabilitated pipes under Level 2 seismic motion. This method can be applied in two scenarios: one where flexible seismic joints are installed at locations where pipe rehabilitation has already been completed, and another where flexible seismic joints are installed alongside the pipe rehabilitation work. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Application Scope】 ■ Applicable existing pipe types: Reinforced concrete pipes, ceramic pipes ■ Applicable rehabilitated pipes: Independent pipes ■ Applicable existing pipe diameters: 200 to 700 mm, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company provides a seismic-resistant flexible joint (secondary product) that can be installed at the connection points between existing pipes, rehabilitated pipes (composite pipes), and manholes without excavation. This method, called 'NS Cutting Method,' is designed to accommodate the extraction, protrusion, and bending of existing and rehabilitated pipes (composite pipes) under the assumption of Level 2 seismic motion. It can be executed regardless of the construction procedures before and after pipe rehabilitation. Additionally, the operation can be performed remotely via a control panel installed on the ground, ensuring safety and smooth execution. 【Construction Steps】 1. Preliminary Confirmation (Investigation Work) 2. Invert Breaking 3. Cutter Blade Replacement 4. Cutting Work 5. Installation of Seismic-Resistant Flexible Joint 6. Finishing Work *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
