We would like to introduce a case that was carried out at the request of a real estate company. The building is quite old, and we were asked to improve the occupancy rate. We executed the project using a two-tone color scheme of white and dark brown. The occupancy rate has improved compared to before the work was done, and it is said that many people judge rental properties based on their appearance in photos.
