"Sterimist(TM)" is a disinfection system for food factories, food processing plants, and kitchens. Additionally, it uses "mustard extract," a food additive approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and employs a disinfectant with the effective ingredient AIT (allyl isothiocyanate), derived from wasabi and mustard.
