Our company offers a "Surface Inspection Service" that detects fine scratches, dirt, and foreign substances on substrate surfaces in a clean room using a high-sensitivity camera, accurately removing the detected foreign substances captured in images. Depending on the conditions, defects as small as 0.03mm in diameter can be detected with a high-sensitivity camera. Additionally, inspection results can be printed out as a map. We offer a "Hairline Processing Service" that creates a metallic texture by applying fine scratches, as fine as a hair, in a single direction. By applying aluminum or chrome vapor deposition or mirror ink printing to the hairline processed film, it is possible to finish the film with a metallic texture similar to stainless steel. Our company offers a processing technique called "sand matte processing," which involves projecting fine sand onto plastic film to create a textured surface. The resulting uneven surface has a frosted appearance (matte finish) that can reduce reflectivity. Additionally, the surface area increases, allowing the plastic film to incorporate more functions.
