Our company conducts research on the site and location conditions, and in accordance with laws and regulations, we create basic design drawings such as plans and elevations in a process called "basic design." Additionally, we carry out "detailed design," which involves creating construction drawings, selecting contractors, and using parts of the design drawings prepared for the start of construction to carry out building confirmation application procedures. We can calculate initial costs and running costs, and propose facility plans that are suitable for the scale and environment, as well as facilities that can adapt to changes in information technology and educational content. When building a structure, we listen to our clients' ideas and transform their "wishes" into concrete forms through drawings, models, and perspectives.
