Free membership registrationThe "ELSONA GD1600SR" is the first portable generator in the Elsona series that supports high output of 1.53kVA with LP gas and 1.7kVA with gasoline, making it easy for women to carry! It can power various household appliances such as smartphones, PCs, TVs, and refrigerators, serving as a useful outdoor item in everyday life and a reliable emergency power source during disasters, making it a phase-free portable generator. In the Noto Peninsula earthquake of Reiwa Year 6, we donated 14 GD1600 generators to Suzu City and Noto Town in collaboration with the local municipalities affected by the disaster. The generators were greatly appreciated as they could use LP gas, especially when gasoline was hard to obtain in the area. With a noise level of 65 decibels, comparable to that of a train interior or a vacuum cleaner, it is fuel-efficient and can run continuously for about 100 hours on a single 50kg gas cylinder. (Note: Actual performance may vary depending on usage conditions and environment.) 【Features】 - Compact design for easy mobility, small size with large capacity - Compatible with both LP gas and gasoline, making it strong in emergencies - Can also charge portable power sources - Inverter type for low fuel consumption - Suitable as an emergency power source for homes, offices, and evacuation shelters *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support. Our Elsona series generators were developed in response to the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011. Since then, we have experienced significant power outages due to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake on January 1, 2024, and prolonged power outages caused by typhoons in Okinawa during the summer of 2023. In response to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, we donated 14 GD1600 generators to Suzu City and Noto Town in collaboration with the local municipalities affected by the disaster. In light of these circumstances, we have received numerous inquiries and orders for the compact and lightweight GD1600 series generators. Therefore, starting from March 11, 2024, we will be significantly revising the prices of the GD1600 series to make them even more affordable. We will continue to strive to earn your long-term support, and we appreciate your continued patronage. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationTomorrow marks the 12th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake. With March 11 approaching and awareness of disaster prevention increasing, I would like to share information about the participatory disaster prevention event "Our Disaster Prevention," held on February 26 in Iitate Village, Fukushima Prefecture. During the event, we set aside a time for a simulated power outage, followed by a "blackout" experience where we lit up electricity using a generator. We also conducted activities such as "food distribution" and "foot baths" using generators and storage batteries. Based on the voices of those who have actually been affected, we prepared various content and had many participants join us. For more details about the event, please check out the column. *You can view the detailed content of the column through the related link. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

In response to the "Noto Peninsula Earthquake" that occurred on January 1, 2024, we donated 14 units of ELSONA to Suzu City and Noto Town as part of our support activities. In disaster-stricken areas, the road conditions are poor, making it difficult for transport vehicles to enter, and there are often purchase restrictions, making it extremely challenging to obtain gasoline. On the other hand, LP gas can be used from home gas cylinders or cylinders supplied by local governments, allowing for a stable supply even during disasters. In the affected areas, it served as a power source for lighting and smartphone charging stations, greatly appreciated by the local residents. Currently, we have surpassed 2,300 units in operational achievements. Many of the delivery destinations are local governments, and last year, 17 units were also delivered to the "Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Narashino Garrison," expanding our areas of activity. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our emergency power supply "Elsona" was delivered to Wakasa Service Station of Chizu Oil Co., Ltd. The company originally owned one generator to be prepared for disasters as a "disaster response service station," but with just one unit, they could only operate two out of four fuel dispensers, and the POS system could not be used. In order to register as a "community base service station," they decided to introduce our product using subsidies, allowing them to operate two additional fuel dispensers and the POS system. When they used the generator, they connected the wiring to the building's emergency power supply outlet, and it could be started with just one push, making the activation very smooth. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where we delivered the emergency power supply "Elsona," which is an LP gas and gasoline generator, to the Kamishi Qinshan 1-chome Community Center. Mr. Kitamura, who we interviewed this time, experienced the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995 and has long supported the town's disaster prevention efforts as the chairman of the Qinshan 1-chome Disaster Prevention Association, drawing on his experience from the disaster. There is a gymnasium designated as an evacuation center by the city that does not have air conditioning, and he believes that we should create evacuation centers that can operate air conditioning equipment in the event of a power outage due to an earthquake. Therefore, he considered the introduction of a generator with the power to operate air conditioning. As a result, we delivered our product. In cases like this, it is also possible to introduce it using subsidies from the national or municipal governments, as well as from lottery funds. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where the town of Misaki has implemented the LP gas and gasoline generator "Elsona" in preparation for potential power outages. In a situation where emergency power sources have not yet been established in evacuation centers, and with the recent increase in disasters and power outage damages, the introduction of emergency power sources for use in evacuation centers was considered. The deciding factor for the implementation was the ability to use both LP gas and gasoline as fuel, along with the ease of maintenance due to the lack of a cover, which led to the purchase. Additionally, the large tires were praised for making it easy to move over rubble. [Case Overview] ■ Delivery Location: Misaki Town, Okayama Prefecture ■ Delivered Products: 25 units of Elsona (15 units of S-3500, 10 units of S-5500) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of supplying our emergency power generator "Elsona" to the Nachi Katsuura Town Hall. This area, rich in nature and known for the Nachi Falls, has suffered significant tsunami damage from past Nankai Trough earthquakes. Considering the possibility of disasters occurring not only in summer but also in winter, residents affected by disasters wanted a system that could provide both heating and cooling to prevent them from freezing. As a solution, we introduced our generator along with a spot bazooka that can be used for both cooling and heating. The decision was made because it can utilize a power source (three-phase 200V) to operate the spot bazooka and can run on both gasoline and propane gas. 【Case Overview】 ■ Delivery Destination: Nachi Katsuura Town Hall ■ Delivery Location: Nachi Katsuura Town Elementary and Junior High Schools ■ Delivered Products: Elsona T-7500, 8 units *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe heavy rain in western Japan that occurred from June 28 to July 8, 2018 (Heisei 30). The impact was significant in Tokushima Prefecture, where there were damages such as the isolation of communities due to landslides and many households experiencing power outages. When the power goes out, various devices become unusable, making it impossible to maintain the usual way of life. This is particularly burdensome for individuals with disabilities, who may suffer injuries or panic, leading to both physical and mental strain. As a result, the need for BCP (Business Continuity Planning) measures in welfare facilities has been increasing in recent years. Today, we have the facility director of "Kibou no Sato," a support facility for people with disabilities located in Tokushima Prefecture, which was affected by the heavy rain in western Japan. With a capacity of 115 residents, and over 200 people when including day visitors and staff, we interviewed about the importance of electricity felt during the power outage at the welfare facility, as well as the background and thoughts behind the introduction of the emergency power generator "Elsona." *For more details about this interview, please refer to the related links. G-Eco Disaster Prevention - The Theme of Self-Help and Mutual Assistance: The Miracle of Kamaishi," where our employees, who are also disaster prevention specialists, will share important information about disaster prevention. We plan to publish a column once a month, focusing on familiar disaster prevention topics that resonate with your daily life. In addition to updates on our website, we will also distribute it through our email newsletter. In the future, we plan to not only continue the disaster prevention column but also organize disaster prevention events. We appreciate your continued support for our new initiative, "G-Eco Disaster Prevention." *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHave you ever wondered how useful "generators" and "batteries" really are when a disaster strikes? While it's understood that "generators" and "batteries" are necessary for disaster preparedness, how effective are they during an actual disaster? It's said that we should have supplies for 72 hours after a disaster occurs, but there aren't many accounts from people who have purchased "generators" or "batteries" and actually used them for 72 hours. G&ECO members have thoroughly experienced this firsthand! *For more details on the column, please refer to the related links. Feel free to contact us for more information.*

Free membership registrationWhat are the things in your everyday life that you take for granted and cannot imagine being without? For example, turning on a tap to get water, pressing a button to turn on the lights, or flushing the toilet—these are all essential aspects of daily life, and the more indispensable they are, the harder it is to imagine what it would be like if they were no longer available. In a survey asking, "What are you most worried about during a disaster?" the fourth most common response was "not being able to use the toilet," and it was found that women are more concerned about "toilets" than men. In this "G-Eco Disaster Preparedness" event, I participated in a workshop on "almost paper toilets" and experienced everything from assembling to disassembling the "almost paper toilet." Please take a look. *For more details on the column, you can view it through the related links. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationToday, January 31st, is "Disaster Prevention Agricultural Land Day." "Disaster Prevention Agricultural Land Day" can be read as "bou = 1 sai = 31" (disaster prevention) as a play on words. It was established after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, which made us realize that agricultural land and ponds are important open spaces in urban areas and recognized as disaster prevention spaces. There is a reason why the content for the February issue is being distributed a bit earlier on this day. In fact, the high school that produced the "Kamado Bench" is "Tottori Prefectural Kurayoshi Agricultural High School." Yes, it is an "agricultural high school." Please take a look at the efforts of "Tottori Prefectural Kurayoshi Agricultural High School," which created the "Kamado Bench." *For more details on the column, you can view it through the related links. Free membership registrationThis time, since June 18th (Sunday) is Father's Day, I would like to introduce "5 Disaster Preparedness Items to Gift on Father's Day!" While items like ties and handkerchiefs may be more common for work use, now that I've joined G&ECO and learned the importance of being prepared for disasters, I thought, "It might be nice to give disaster preparedness items as a gift, especially since preparing them myself can often feel like a hassle and I may not actually have them ready." From here, I would like to introduce five carefully selected products that I think would be great to gift to my father. *For more details on the column, you can view it through the related links. In line with this "Shaved Ice Day," I will provide an honest "food report" about emergency food that is concerning during disasters. Titled, "Even during a power outage, I want to eat rice," this project involved employees from our Tokyo headquarters trying a considerable number of emergency food items. At the end of the column, there will also be a ranking! Please take a look. *You can view the detailed content of the column through the related link. For more information, feel free to contact us.
