Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce in detail the Heat Box W460SY, which was co-developed with Olsen Co., Ltd. Olsen Co., Ltd. is a general trading company engaged in the development and sales of industrial materials, shade products, and delivery products such as bento and pizza. It is also a "trading company with development capabilities" primarily focused on the textile industry! "We wish it could be done like this..." We take customer requests as important hints for manufacturing, and through Olsen's technical and development capabilities, along with their commitment (added value), we have realized "shapes that exceed expectations." Olsen has numerous achievements even with major companies. They boast over 10 years of experience in the delivery and heat retention industry, and they hold the number one market share in the pizza delivery industry! In fact, Olsen also has similar heat-retaining products. However, when customers inquired, many expressed concerns like, "I want it, but at that price, it's difficult..." This led to our collaboration, resulting in the birth of a heat box filled with Olsen's know-how and Sanyo's expertise! We were able to develop it at a price point that is competitive compared to conventional products!

Free membership registrationWhen purchasing frozen souvenirs to take home or when requesting delivery through a co-op, dry ice is often included as a cold material. Due to the demand for staying at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, food delivery has also increased, and dry ice is being used for the transportation of COVID vaccines, leading to a rise in demand for dry ice. Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide that vaporizes at about -80°C, absorbing a large amount of heat in the process. The vaporized carbon dioxide is harmless and disperses into the atmosphere, making it highly convenient and easy to handle as a cold material for one-way applications or situations requiring ultra-low temperatures, without the need for post-processing. On the other hand, it sublimates and disappears if left alone, which can make storage challenging. In such cases, how about the new standard product "Dry Ice Cooling Box"? Our company has been providing custom-made boxes for dry ice delivery and storage to various customers for some time. Leveraging that expertise, we are developing products with a focus on ease of use, cooling performance, durability, and appearance. *For more details, we would appreciate it if you could check the related links below.

Free membership registrationThis time, we will introduce how to choose cold storage agents (cooling agents), their effective usage, and points to note. The term "cold storage agent" may not be very common, but the cooling agents used in low-temperature logistics for commercial purposes are referred to as cold storage agents. While there may not be a strict definition, I believe it is acceptable to understand that cooling agents and cold storage agents are the same thing. General cooling agents are often those that come with souvenirs for takeout or are used during activities like camping, and they are typically used at temperatures above 0°C. On the other hand, cold storage agents can be seen as more specialized cooling agents used to maintain temperatures below 0°C. There are various temperature ranges, capacities, and shapes available, and some of you may be wondering which one to use. Therefore, I am providing this introduction. For more details, I would appreciate it if you could refer to the linked page.
