Poreha is a revolutionary freshness-preserving sheet for high-end fruits and fresh foods, developed in collaboration with the Tohoku University Future Science Technology Joint Research Center, using high-function polyphenols from natural materials and natural sugar trehalose. By fixing polyphenols extracted from precious high-quality grape seeds onto non-woven fabric based on domestic washi paper, it achieves freshness preservation of fresh foods through high antioxidant effects (Patent Application 2012-1268). It has also garnered attention for receiving high praise from the industry at the "Fresh Food Freshness Preservation Technology Case Study Seminar" hosted by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), including packaging materials, cooling water, and refrigeration equipment.
