"Hydrocoat" is a dust prevention agent that suppresses dust by binding soil particles together when applied to the soil surface. By applying it to soil improved with "Tochi Eco Fiber," which has high permeability, the soil can be stabilized and dust can be prevented. Additionally, when the product dries, it can reabsorb moisture from watering or rainfall, allowing the soil particles to bond again, and it can also swell again to retain moisture for a longer period.
