"Integrated management with BIM to reduce errors" Detailed design of steel structures using BIM

We will create drawings (general drawings, detailed drawings) using BIM for steel structure construction and also produce full-scale drawings.

Using the specialized software Tekla Structures for steel frames, we will conduct detailed design using BIM. We will create general drawings, various standard drawings, detailed drawings (fabrication drawings), full-scale drawings, and various lists. It is also possible to utilize BIM for other tasks, and we will create everything in 3D, including ancillary and temporary materials, and produce drawings. Regarding the format of the drawings, we will create them as closely as possible to the specifications of the user. The drawing formats we will provide are as follows: DWG, DXF, PDF.

Cost reduction in labor is possible compared to domestic production due to manufacturing in China! Quality is also ensured through real-time dimension and appearance inspections using an online meeting system.

We are able to produce at a lower cost with advanced technology compared to Japan because we are partnered with specialized factories in China. We undertake the fabrication of steel structures, canning, equipment, and prefabricated piping, among others. For inspections, we utilize an online meeting system where local Japanese staff conduct real-time dimension and appearance inspections, allowing for detailed corrections and ensuring quality. If non-destructive testing of welding is required, we will request a specialized organization to conduct the inspection and will record the process. Additionally, we will carry out overall mock assembly at the factory as much as possible, which minimizes issues when bringing items to the construction site. Regarding inspection documents, we will provide general inspection documents such as mill sheets for materials, dimension records, painting, and welding. For transportation, we use container shipping and charter vessels, delivering directly to the local construction site or to the vehicle. Since we can reduce labor costs compared to domestic production, I believe we can propose cost reductions. If you provide us with the necessary materials, we will prepare a quote, so please feel free to request it.
