The "FL-200" is a thermosetting resin laminate that maintains excellent mechanical and electrical properties while meeting UL94V-0 standards. It is commonly referred to as paper phenolic resin laminate or paper Bakelite. It can be used in fields where flame retardancy is required, is made from halogen-free materials, and has excellent processability, making it easy to work with. Of course, it also retains the traditional electrical insulation properties. Free membership registrationIt will be an inorganic glass mat laminate (gray). Due to its high heat resistance, it is a material often used as an insulation board. It has a proven track record as an insulation board for molding machines, press machines, and molds, as well as for induction heating furnaces and electric furnaces. It is also an ideal material for welding jigs due to its strong resistance to spatter. Like other resins, it is mainly processed through machining and cutting, but compared to others, it may have a tendency to chip easily due to its lack of toughness. It also features significant tool wear, which is a reflection of its excellent mechanical strength. PMX-561 may emit smoke or odor when used at temperatures exceeding 200°C, but this is not abnormal; it is the decomposition gas of trace organic substances contained in it. Free membership registrationWith an excellent coefficient of linear expansion, it can be used in a temperature range of 0°C to 120°C without regard to the environment. It maintains the mechanical properties of conventional products, making it highly processable. Compared to general antistatic grades of nylon, it has a higher coefficient of linear expansion, and the small difference between the longitudinal and lateral directions reduces concerns about dimensional changes. Its heat resistance temperature is also 130°C, comparable to that of standard laminated boards. It has high processability and can be used for various applications, including jigs, transport pallets for electronic components, and covers for machine tools. As an antistatic grade, it is valuable for machine parts in environments that dislike dust, such as clean rooms, and for FA parts. We can also accept cutting and processing at our own factory. If there are concerns about scratches due to the black color, masking options are also available separately.

We have a track record of insulating parts for distribution boards, vehicle components, heavy electrical equipment, and more, including parts for railway vehicles and insulation components related to plant construction. The heat resistance is typically 150°C. Compared to polyester glass mat laminated boards, its strength is inferior. However, it excels in electrical properties and heat resistance. It also has excellent machinability, making it usable as various structural materials. There are several grades available, each with its own characteristics. We stock the general grade TC-F1. We also have grades that are resistant to salt, chemicals, acids, and sulfuric acid. All grades are available for handling.

Its applications are not significantly different from those of PL-PEM, but it is often used when electrical properties are required. Its strength is inferior compared to glass laminates. Since it uses glass cloth as the base material, it has greater strength than glass mat laminated boards. The heat resistance class is F, and we also handle higher-grade products that enhance mechanical strength. Press cutting processing is possible for thicknesses below 3mm. It excels in electrical insulation, mechanical properties, and heat resistance, and has also passed the combustion test for railway vehicle materials (abbreviated: vehicle material combustion test). We also handle higher grades such as FR-4 grade and G-11 grade. NEMA standard: equivalent to G-10 / JIS standard: equivalent to EL-GEM.

Free membership registrationOne of the main materials handled at our factory is an electrical insulation laminated board made by impregnating, layering, and molding glass mat with a specially formulated polyester resin. It features strength, heat resistance, and does not discolor. We have numerous instances of switching from phenolic materials. It also has good machinability, and mass production processing with press cutting is possible for thicknesses below 3mm. We supply electrical insulation components for heavy electrical equipment, railways, semiconductors, and electrical equipment. Thin sheets have been successfully used as shielding plates for circuit breakers and switches. We offer three colors: red, white, and gray. It excels in insulation, arc resistance, and tracking resistance, and has obtained UL standard 94-V0 for heat resistance. The heat resistance class is Type B. We also have a higher grade with enhanced flame retardancy.
