This service utilizes drones and software to digitize inspection operations, supporting customers in reducing OPEX and improving power generation revenue. <Features of the Service> ■ Efficient inspections using drones / Increased productivity through reduced operational costs In the traditional method where operators use thermal cameras for inspections, the limit was 1MWp per day. However, by utilizing drones, it is now possible to capture up to 15MWp in a single day. Additionally, inspections conducted under consistent shooting conditions ensure the delivery of data with a consistent quality. ■ WEB platform that allows simultaneous viewing by multiple users Diagnostic results are shared online. IPP, AM, and O&M can view the same facts simultaneously, enabling informed decision-making. Objective data automatically analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI) can be visualized, allowing for a smooth transition to the next action. ■ Automatic identification and sorting through software By utilizing algorithms and other techniques, it is possible to automatically determine thermal anomalies caused by external factors such as vegetation and bird damage, as well as electrical anomalies like bypass issues. With just a few clicks, classification of abnormal types and assessment of good/bad based on the customer's unique quality management standards can be achieved.

Free membership registrationThis service regularly removes dirt attached to the panels, promoting the recovery of power generation to maintain the performance that the power plant originally possesses or to bring it close to its initial performance. By incorporating panel cleaning into our basic O&M menu and implementing comprehensive maintenance, the PR value of our managed assets (400MWp) has improved by 4%. <Scope of Service> 【〇】Expected cleaning effects - Atmospheric dust (yellow sand, dust, PM2.5, etc.) - Bird droppings (depending on the number of days since attachment) - Volcanic ash (depending on the number of days since attachment) 【△】Difficult to clean with regular washing - Tree sap stains (pine resin, plant sap) - Factory exhaust (grease stains such as oil smoke) - Ammonia stains (from livestock facilities) *While we cannot guarantee the removal of the above stains, we will make efforts to remove them using methods other than machine washing within the scope of work. 【△】Not removable with purified water cleaning - Paint and chemical splashes (from adjacent factories) - Rust (long-term iron components, oxidation stains, etc.) *While we cannot guarantee the removal of the above stains, we will consider the use of cleaning agents after consulting with the manufacturer.

Free membership registration<Service Features> ■ Expected Improvement in Power Sales Revenue We support long-term stable power generation with preventive maintenance that mitigates risks at power plants. ■ Customization Available We provide optimal maintenance by combining multiple options while considering the characteristics of your power plant and local circumstances. ■ Offered on a Revenue Share Basis In addition to fixed-fee maintenance management services, we offer preventive maintenance O&M services, which we determine to be optimal, on a revenue-sharing basis from the improved power sales revenue during the contract period. In this service, for existing power plants, we undertake operations under the same conditions as previous O&M contracts, and we set the difference in the improvement amount of power sales revenue due to the suppressed degradation trend after we take over the O&M operations as the basis for additional service rewards (revenue share). This allows customers to pay for services only after confirming improvements in revenue.
