Index turntable for production lines to rotate heavy equipment. Equipment can be placed on the turntable, allowing for material input and extraction to be performed at the same position. This was designed and manufactured for a food processing company. With six stations of equipment, operators can perform material input, processing, and cleaning at the same position.

The H85mm floor-mounted turntable can be installed as a built-in type. While a standard turntable requires a device depth of 400mm to 500mm, a slim built-in type can be installed with just 85mm of depth.

• Car and bicycle parking facilities

Turntables, which are useful for deliveries other than ordinary passenger cars, such as office buildings, commercial facilities, and condominiums, are recommended for installation in cases where there is a concern about involving third parties during entry and exit from adjacent roads. They allow vehicles to be safely rotated on-site, reducing the burden on drivers.

• Parking lot facility construction

It was specially developed because it often rotates more than a regular parking turntable when used for display or vehicle photography. It is equipped with many special resin rollers, which provide the quietness characteristic of resin and prevent wear on the main frame. It is a shallow pit type, with a product height of approximately H300 mm, and it is also possible to manufacture with an embedding depth of H200 mm.

In the past, when stopped within the rotating disk, if the object was close to the outer edge, it could not rotate due to contact with the drive mechanism. It can be installed on a strong floor surface if it cannot be embedded in the ground or for temporary use, and is suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications. The drive unit part is partially flattened to ensure safe and secure usage.
