The "ZA series new magnesium alloy rolled material" is a product that overcomes the weaknesses of magnesium alloys. It is a new alloy that combines excellent room temperature formability, thermal conductivity comparable to aluminum, and internal loss similar to that of damping alloys. 【Features】 ■ Good formability: An Erichsen value of 8.6mm, equivalent to aluminum alloys at room temperature. Formability comparable to aluminum alloys at 150°C. ■ High heat dissipation: Thermal conductivity approaching that of aluminum alloys at 131W/mK. ■ High damping properties: Superior damping properties compared to general-purpose magnesium alloys. We would like to introduce our newly developed "new alloy for magnesium alloy secondary battery anodes." Magnesium alloy secondary batteries are the future batteries that address the disadvantages of currently widespread lithium-ion batteries. The main features of magnesium alloy secondary batteries are: 【Features】 ■ High capacity per volume (magnesium is a divalent cation) ■ Abundant resources (low risk of depletion of metal resources for secondary batteries) ■ High safety (low risk of fire due to dendrite growth) ■ Low cost as a product (reduction in costs for separators and cases) Through innovative alloy design, we have confirmed an improvement in battery activity compared to conventional alloys (such as AZ31B). *We are advancing development towards practical application, but we believe that commercialization will take time. The "ST Series" is an ultra-thin, non-oriented electromagnetic steel strip with a thickness of 0.15mm or less, which can minimize energy loss due to eddy current generation and demonstrates excellent characteristics in the high-frequency range. The reduction of eddy currents suppresses heat generation, making it effective for items that require thermal management. The insulation coating is uniform and extremely thin, approximately 1μm thick, allowing for an increase in stacking efficiency. Additionally, it is a steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties in all directions, primarily processed through punching and used as a laminated core. The "GT Series" is a directional ultra-thin electromagnetic steel strip with excellent magnetic properties in the high frequency range (400 to 10 kHz). With a thickness of 0.12 mm or less, it can effectively minimize energy loss due to eddy currents (low iron loss). The insulation coating is uniform and extremely thin, approximately 1 μm, allowing for an increased stacking rate.
