• Palletizing System

The "Palletizing Robot System" is a top-class transfer processing system that combines Kawasaki robots with a high-speed feed conveyor (with stacking device). It enables high-speed, high-quality, and stable processing, compatible with the fastest case packers available today. The core technology, referred to as the "stacking device," has continuously obtained patents. Additionally, by incorporating a four-sided alignment device, a full lineup has been established. 【Features】 ■ High-speed operation with a processing capacity of 40 bundles per minute (flow direction 600–220mm when bundling 10 sheets) ■ The support section allows the cardboard bundles to be supported at the discharge height while the holding section can make contact with the cardboard bundles ■ The holding section makes contact with the cardboard bundles from below, effectively preventing damage to the bundles due to contact with the holding section ■ Space-saving design (installation space is almost the same as conventional machines) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
