The new refrigerant R448a meets the 2025 target value (GWP: 1500) and is classified as [Freon Label A]. The vacuum freeze dryer 'CDPF16' is equipped with a maintenance-free oil-less vacuum pump. The cooling trap cools down to -65°C, with a maximum ice capture capacity of 16L. The sample shelf temperature can be forcibly cooled and heated with silicone oil, and the temperature of the sample shelf can be controlled from -50°C to 80°C (varies with room temperature). Therefore, after freezing the samples on the shelf (for 1-2 hours), you can directly transition to the drying process. The refrigeration unit uses a Two Stage compressor (1 stage; air-cooled). The refrigerant used is the next-generation R448a, featuring an environmentally conscious new design that is a pioneer in the industry. Operation is conducted via a Windows tablet screen installed on the device. The components used in the main body are designed for durability, incorporating reliable overseas parts.
