Evidence-Based Management (EBM) is gaining attention. In Japan, there is an increasing focus on EBM initiatives among business companies, including tech firms. Therefore, we will be holding a free seminar on EBM. The first session, titled "Evidence-Based Management for Management," will be conducted exclusively for those involved in management. As we want to focus on a specific theme, we kindly ask those who do not qualify to refrain from applying. In the future, we will also hold free seminars for product teams. We will conduct a certification training in Japanese for "Agile Kata," an approach to business agility and DX promotion through Toyota's Kata and the establishment of agile development. This is an opportunity to quickly catch up on an approach that has just begun to be deployed in Japan. After the training, you can receive a certificate by passing the certification exam. The trainer will be Tomoharu Nagasawa, the first certified trainer from Japan. Since the training will be held via Zoom, participants from all over Japan can join.
