The "Utility Scan Smart" is a ground-penetrating radar developed by GSSI that significantly reduces noise through its proprietary Hyper Stacking technology for underground buried pipe detection. It amplifies the S/N signal, resulting in high resolution near the surface and allowing for greater exploration depths. Additionally, the handle is versatile. It can be transformed into a convenient carry case for easy transport and can be folded into a compact size suitable for travel by train. 【Features】 ■ Extremely high performance ■ Compact and lightweight ■ Capable of high-depth exploration ■ Wireless communication with a tablet ■ Optional installation of the conduit identification unit "Line Trac" *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The high-performance electromagnetic wave radar "StructureScan" series developed by GSSI and KEYTEC has evolved further with the new "Flex NX." Pursuing ease of use, the exploration results are now even deeper and more accurate. In addition to rebar detection, it can also detect buried pipes such as electrical conduits, gas and water pipes (including non-metallic pipes like CD pipes and resin pipes), as well as concrete thickness, asphalt pavement thickness, and tunnel lining thickness, allowing for the detection of cracks, fissures, and voids. 【Features】 ■ Enables even higher precision and deeper exploration ■ Standard cross-scan mode allows visibility directly beneath rebar ■ Wireless capability allows for a detection method suitable for the field ■ 3D exploration eliminates the need for grid sheets *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company provides services for rebar detection, piping detection, and buried pipe detection prior to core drilling, anchor installation, cutting, and chipping work. Since electromagnetic waves (weak) are harmless, there is no need for measures such as setting up controlled areas or prohibiting entry like with X-rays. Additionally, since there is no need to apply film to the wall, inspections can now be conducted in areas where film cannot be applied, such as on the floor. 【Features】 ■ X-ray (radiography) inspections can handle wall thicknesses up to 350mm, and 3D scans can handle up to 500mm. ■ Depth information of the inspection area can be obtained through slice images like in CT scans. ■ No need for measures such as setting up controlled areas or prohibiting entry like with X-rays. ■ Resin pipes such as CD pipes are clearly displayed. ■ 3D visualization inspection takes only 4 minutes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

This guide applies to electromagnetic radar inspection of concrete interiors associated with renovation work. For the electromagnetic radar inspection of concrete interiors related to renovation work, the electromagnetic radar inspection device used is the StructureScan "SIR-EZ ・EZ HR (Kitec)." The construction method involves attaching a grid sheet to the measurement surface and moving the electromagnetic radar inspection device along the vertical and horizontal lines marked on the grid sheet to collect data. Important notes are also included. Please take a moment to read them. [Contents] ■ Setting and management of restricted areas during electromagnetic radar inspection ■ Inspection equipment ■ Construction method for electromagnetic radar inspection ■ Important notes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study of the use of "StructureScan" in the electrical work for air conditioning in ordinary classrooms at six schools, including Honjiyama Elementary School, commissioned by Nagoya City. We conducted preliminary surveys at six locations to avoid embedded objects within the concrete when coring. The survey method involved attaching a 300mm square measurement grid sheet to the measurement locations and measuring in two directions: the X-axis and the Y-axis. After measurement, we confirmed a concrete cover of 5cm, a rebar pitch of 20cm, and a wall thickness of 13cm, allowing us to core without damaging any embedded objects. [Case Study] - Purpose: Preliminary survey to avoid embedded objects within the concrete when coring (6 locations) - Equipment Used: StructureScan 'SIR-EZHR' (ground-penetrating radar) - Survey Method: Attached a 300mm square measurement grid sheet to the measurement locations and measured in two directions: X-axis and Y-axis - Survey Results: Confirmed a concrete cover of 5cm, a rebar pitch of 20cm, and a wall thickness of 13cm, enabling coring without damaging embedded objects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
