"Tofumaku" is our unique non-stick coating composed of three layers: a two-layer silica (SiO2) thin film and a silicone or fluorine-based non-stick layer. The first layer of the silica film forms a flat membrane, while the second layer of the silica film forms a porous, finely convex membrane, serving as a foundation with hardness comparable to quartz. By forming a silicone or fluorine-based coating in the third layer, a composite film is created, resulting in a non-stick film and release film with high friction durability.
