On September 20, 2023, Talent and Assessment Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Toshiaki Yamazaki; hereinafter referred to as Talent and Assessment) conducted a third-party allotment capital increase with Part-time Times Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshihiro Horita; hereinafter referred to as Part-time Times) as the underwriter. [Background and Purpose of Fundraising] The "Interactive AI Interview Service SHaiN" (hereinafter referred to as SHaiN) provided by Talent and Assessment has now been adopted by over 440 companies, and many businesses are utilizing it for part-time hiring. Additionally, we have successfully developed an evaluation AI program that fully automates the process from hearing to evaluation, enabling immediate delivery of evaluation reports and reducing costs, thereby addressing challenges in part-time hiring. With this third-party allotment capital increase, we aim to strengthen our financial foundation and work on API integration with various services such as the part-time job information site "DOMO NET" operated by Part-time Times and the recruitment management system (ATS) "Wagasha de DOMO," aiming for further efficiency in part-time hiring and improvement of services.

Free membership registrationTalent and Assessment Co., Ltd. will begin pre-sales of the fully automated standard plan <with evaluation AI> for the interactive AI interview service SHaiN, featuring a joint research program titled "Evaluation AI for Candidates During Interviews" in collaboration with Professor Toshihiko Yamazaki from the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at the University of Tokyo (Computer Vision and Media Lab). 【Complete Automation with Evaluation AI and Generative AI】 Currently, SHaiN operates on a system where evaluations are conducted by in-house staff based on the evaluation methods of the same approach. Many implementing companies have requested "shorter delivery times" and "lower usage fees," prompting us to work on development towards complete automation. Additionally, by incorporating generative AI, we have made significant progress towards fully automating all processes involved in creating interview evaluation reports, allowing us to offer this new standard plan. Furthermore, it is now possible to display evaluation scores with three decimal places, enabling a more detailed assessment of distinctive qualities than ever before. The new standard plan will begin pre-sales on August 1, 2023, and service provision will commence in December of the same year.
