By using ConnectWise Control, support providers can "see" the customer's screen, allowing them to quickly grasp the issue. Additionally, with the customer's permission, there is a feature for direct remote control, enabling the support provider to resolve issues on behalf of the customer. One of the main features of Control Support is that there are multiple ways to invite customers to a support session.
