The "CVV Series" is a chill vent created using fluid analysis and other techniques based on the vacuum technology developed by our company. It can be installed and removed without disassembling the mold. By appropriately spraying a release agent, regular maintenance can be minimized. The shape of the exhaust groove and the gaps in the serrated shape are designed to be suitable for vacuum die casting. The "DIEVS series" is a vacuum device designed for vacuum die casting that fully utilizes the performance of vacuum valves and vacuum chill vents. It is equipped with two completely independent vacuum suction paths, allowing for the connection of up to two "ZM (vacuum valves)" and "CVV (vacuum chill vents)."
