"Unknown vibrations and noise from the machinery..." "Even though the balance should be correct..." In such cases, we have no choice but to conduct an analysis to identify the cause. Our company has a wide range of analytical achievements across various fields. We will assist in identifying the cause using various methods, including data collection on-site, verification through modal analysis, and simulations using the finite element method. Additionally, we have achievements not only in vibration analysis but also in strain measurement and noise analysis. [Features] ■ A wide range of analytical achievements across various fields ■ Assistance in identifying causes using various methods such as on-site data collection, verification through modal analysis, and simulations using the finite element method ■ Achievements in strain measurement and noise analysis, in addition to vibration analysis *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company utilizes its extensive experience and knowledge to perform "balance correction work." All testing machines, except for the "FH-824," are belt-driven. (Standard specification testing machines use coupling-driven joints.) However, couplings can surprisingly introduce significant measurement errors. In fact, when the coupling is rotated 180°, what was supposed to be corrected below the allowable value may actually exceed it. In the case of belt drive, the belt is directly applied to the test specimen, resulting in zero error. There is no need to prepare a separate coupling, allowing for highly accurate measurements. 【Features】 - All our testing machines, except for the "FH-824," are belt-driven. - All testing machines are equipped with connection terminals for "FFT analyzers." - Correction work involving heat (such as welding) is continuously monitored with a thermal camera. - All correction data is stored in a database. - A record is created for each item and stored in the database. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Field balance" refers to the balance correction work performed on-site. Even if there is a strong possibility of vibration due to imbalance, disassembly, transportation, and handling can be very costly. However, with field balance, there are no restrictions on weight or rotational speed that are typically imposed by balancing test machines, and if the measurement environment is favorable, the accuracy is comparable to that of a test machine, making it recommended in such cases. [Features] - Over 1,000 completed projects - A variety of measuring instruments and dozens of sensors prepared according to measurement conditions - Experience in working under special conditions such as in a vacuum, underwater, in oil mist, on vehicles, and on ships *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
