The resolver system measuring instrument "RSM-100" can branch resolver signals under driving control conditions, which was previously impossible, allowing for the measurement of motor angle and speed. It can also be used as a reference signal for various analyses. 【Features】 ■ Simultaneous measurement with sound and vibration for related analysis ■ Useful for verifying control sequences and control mapping ■ Enables benchmarking that delves into driving control *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "RDC-100" we handle is a resolver measurement amplifier that eliminates the complexity of using R/D converter ICs. It features an analog voltage output proportional to angle and speed. It can accommodate multiple transformation ratios and multiples of angle, and the excitation frequency can be selected from 2-20 kHz. In addition, we also offer the resolver phase measurement system "ECS-RV01/ECM-RV11," which accurately measures the back electromotive force of the motor and the phase difference of the resolver origin. 【Features】 ■ Eliminates the complexity of using R/D converter ICs ■ Analog voltage output proportional to angle and speed (Angle: 0-10V, Speed: ±10V) ■ Compatible with a variety of resolvers (Transformation ratio: 0.285/0.5; Axis multiples: ×1 to ×20) ■ Suitable as a measurement tool for angle and speed using resolvers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "FB-1000" is a fuel mixing device that allows for easy real-time mixing of biofuels such as bioethanol and biodiesel for testing purposes. The mixing ratio of the two liquids can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 100%, enabling real-time mixing of the required amount, thereby reducing waste from excess mixed fuel. It features stop control, allowing for accurate mixing ratios from low to high flow rates. 【Features】 ■ Mixes two liquids in any ratio ■ Reduces waste from fuel disposal ■ Can be installed in existing fuel lines/tanks ■ Accurate mixing ratios from low to high flow rates with stop control ■ Flow control range: two types, 0.06–100L/h and 0.3–200L/h *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The crank position pulse multiplier converts the signal from the crank position sensor into an output equivalent to a 360 p/r encoder. In experimental measurements such as engine combustion tests, an optical encoder is mounted on the crankshaft for measurement. However, by using the signal from the crank position sensor, which is input to the ECU in actual vehicles, for measurement instead of the difficult-to-install optical encoder, the installation of the optical encoder becomes unnecessary.
