We would like to introduce the functions of the Black Frame Method that our company handles. Blind termites detect pheromones released during the decomposition process of wood by wood-decaying fungi, creating underground tunnels to invade and destroy the main structural framework of wooden houses. This method prevents the proliferation of wood-decaying fungi and kills them through its "antibacterial effect," while its "deodorizing effect" and "chemical substance decomposition effect" adsorb and eliminate pheromones. As a result, termites find it difficult to locate food, and the coated surface is so hard that even rubbing it with a coin will wear down the coin instead, preventing access to the interior of the wood. "Thermal Guard AS" is an environmentally friendly multifunctional one-component acrylic silicone resin water-based paint that features high reflectivity, high shielding, high heat dissipation, high weather resistance, dirt resistance, and antibacterial properties. By applying specially processed fine crushed silica to a composite metal ion solution and incorporating various additives into the silica's voids, this technology maintains strong cross-linking (hybrid) properties, resulting in light-blocking, heat-shielding, and heat-dissipating effects due to the high density of silica. We would like to introduce the special bamboo charcoal conductive paint 'e-pass' handled by ASTRO Corporation. The bamboo charcoal used in this product is made from domestically sourced bamboo. It utilizes high-purity carbon with a carbon content of 96%, which is safe and reliable, having removed harmful heavy metals (such as mercury, arsenic, lead, and hexavalent chromium) that are already present in the bamboo (raw material). The Black Frame Method is an environmentally friendly construction technique that involves applying a special bamboo charcoal conductive paint called 'e-Pass' made from natural materials. This method allows wooden structures to maintain a healthy condition over the long term and ensures comfortable living performance. Additionally, it enables the quantification and evaluation of the state of the structure according to domestic patent No. 5793784. With its non-destructive monitoring function, it allows for easy inspection and accurate repairs (maintenance) without damaging the finishes, thereby facilitating the 'visualization' of structural evaluations in stock housing and contributing to CO2 sequestration (CO2 stock).
