At U Corporation, a house manufacturer, the challenge was how to quickly and effectively convey property information such as "land information" to customers in their 30s. Additionally, while we utilized the "iPad" as a customer service tool to please our clients, we found that the standard tools had limitations, and we were considering better options. Thus, we implemented "G Suite." With data sharing through "Drive," even large data sets and meeting materials involving multiple people can be viewed directly on the iPad, allowing both the sender and receiver to share content smoothly in advance. This not only increased the speed of information delivery to customers but also made information sharing among staff easier.
