The "deep foundation method" is a construction technique commonly used for structures such as piles and thrust construction. Excavation is carried out manually or mechanically while removing soil retention materials with steel wave plates and ring frames, and concrete is poured to form piles. It can be implemented in narrow spaces and has a wide range of applications. The use of liner plates for vertical piles is particularly valuable in urban civil engineering due to its association with thrust construction. 【Construction Sequence】 1. Excavation work 2. Reinforcement work 3. Concrete pouring work 4. Completion of deep foundation piles *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company handles bridge maintenance reinforcement and repair work. We provide seismic reinforcement work (polymer cement spraying) in locations where construction limits cannot be met with the RC wrapping method or where riverbed obstruction in rivers is an issue. We also perform repair work (cross-section restoration) where concrete structures have deteriorated due to salt damage or carbonation, by removing the affected areas with a water jet and applying polymer cement mortar. 【Methods】 ■ Seismic reinforcement work ・ Polymer cement spraying ■ Repair work ・ Spalling prevention measures ・ Cross-section restoration *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company handles drilling construction work using percussion drills and other equipment. The ground anchor method consists of an anchor body created by grout injection, a free-length tension section, and an anchor head. The rock bolt method aims to reinforce cut slopes by placing relatively short rod-shaped reinforcement materials in the ground, primarily reinforcing the slope through the tensile strength of the reinforcement materials. 【Methods】 ■ Ground Anchor Method ■ Rock Bolt Method *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the "Double Packer Method" adopted by our group. This method achieves a high injection effect and can be injected at low pressure, making it particularly effective for construction under special conditions, such as highly important projects or work directly beneath structures. Currently, it accounts for about 50% of the total number of cases and approximately 40% of the injection volume, and it tends to be adopted in large-scale projects. 【Features】 ■ Achieves a high injection effect ■ Can be injected at low pressure ■ Effective for construction under special conditions, such as highly important projects or work directly beneath structures ■ Accounts for about 50% of the total number of cases and approximately 40% of the injection volume ■ Tends to be adopted in large-scale projects *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Double Pipe Strainer Method (Single Phase and Multi Phase)" is one of the liquid injection methods adopted by our group. The single-phase method can prevent diffusion beyond the specified area, but the gel time is too short to achieve sufficient improvement effects within the required range. On the other hand, the multi-phase method can prevent diffusion with a short gel time while allowing for permeation injection with a slightly longer gel time. The injection effect is significantly higher, and it is now widely adopted. [Features] ■ Single Phase - Prevents diffusion beyond the specified area and solidifies within the necessary location with a short gel time (in seconds). ■ Multi Phase - Prevents diffusion with a short gel time while allowing for permeation injection with a slightly longer gel time, resulting in a high injection effect. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Chemical Injection Method" is a technique aimed at injecting a chemical solution (liquid) with coagulating properties into designated areas of the ground through injection pipes, in order to enhance the water-stopping ability or strength of the ground. This method allows for construction in small and narrow spaces with machinery, and it can be executed easily and quickly. Additionally, it helps prevent ground collapse and water inflow, ensuring safety in construction projects such as land improvement. 【Features】 - It hardens to a moderate firmness, not interfering with excavation. - The machinery is compact, allowing for construction in tight spaces. - Only small pipes are needed (subsurface installation pipes). - Construction can be freely performed in any direction, 360°. - Very little industrial waste is generated, considering environmental impact, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
