The "DSVI-MA/MB" is an abnormal noise inspection device that automatically determines the quality of sound and vibration using an inspection algorithm based on the Mahalanobis-Taguchi method (MT method). By replacing the inspection of sound and vibration, which relied on human senses, with this device, quantitative automatic inspection is achieved. Inspection standards can be easily created from 40 good product data, and an immediate improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of abnormal noise inspection can be expected after installation. The "DSVI-MB" supports up to 4 channels of input. It can determine quality from sensors located in multiple areas. Simultaneous inspection of sound and vibration, as well as vibration inspection in three axial directions, is possible. Our "Noise Inspection Device" utilizes an inspection algorithm based on the Maharano Vista Guchi method, allowing for automatic and quantitative inspection of sound and vibration quality. We have recently added a noise-canceling feature to the multi-channel noise inspection device "DSVI-MB," which uses multiple accelerometers and microphones. Previously, depending on the inspection environment, operational sounds from surrounding equipment, noise, and vibrations from conveyors could interfere as noise, making accurate inspections difficult.
