The steep slope collapse prevention facility poses challenges in ensuring the safety of inspection workers, particularly in areas outside the site, such as the upper parts of slopes over 100 meters in height and covered with trees. By using "UAV laser surveying," we can obtain point clouds of the entire slope. After processing, we create "topographic images" such as contour lines, DSM, DEM, and CS 3D diagrams. This allows for the visualization of the three-dimensional shape of the steep slope collapse terrain beneath the trees, the location of the steep slope collapse prevention facilities, and the catchment topography that causes slope collapses, which could not be confirmed through aerial photographs. By utilizing the visualized images, we can conduct field surveys focused on abnormal points, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of the work. 【Data】 ■ Location: Shiojiri City ■ Client: Matsumoto Construction Office ■ Project Duration: 2020.09 to 2021.05 ■ Responsible Branch: Matsumoto ■ Design Items: Erosion control facility inspection, steep slope collapse prevention facility, 1 set ■ Overview: Conducted regular inspections as stipulated in the longevity plan for erosion control facilities. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company conducts surveys using UAVs that can be utilized for earth volume calculations, landscape simulations, and disaster simulations, among other applications. By performing 3D analysis on photos taken from the air by UAVs equipped with GPS and cameras, we create three-dimensional shape data. From this 3D data, cross-sectional shapes can be generated at any desired location. Additionally, it allows for a wide range of applications beyond just creating survey drawings. 【Features】 ■ A new surveying technique using aerial photography, GPS, and 3D analysis ■ Significantly reduces the time required for surveying ■ Smooth surveying in disaster sites and areas that are dangerous or difficult to survey *For more details, please download the PDF (case studies) or feel free to contact us.
