We have three coating lines equipped with knife coaters, where we perform "knife coating processing." Knife coaters can be broadly classified into "knife on roll method" and "knife on air (floating) method." In the "knife on roll method," the coating application amount is controlled by adjusting the gap between the substrate and the knife. By introducing air into a water-based resin and stirring it rapidly, we can create a foamed paste of the resin liquid. Our company manufactures various products by coating this foamed resin onto fabrics. "Prim" is a print media for functional sublimation transfer that maintains its functionality even at high temperatures (190-210°C) due to transfer. We also offer double-sided printing media "Double-sided Prim," which has light-blocking properties and prevents dye from bleeding through, as well as "Non-slip Prim," which can be used as tablecloths or multi-covers. Our company offers "sublimation transfer printing," which has better color development compared to pigments and excellent durability against washing and friction. The main application in our company is curtains, where we transfer the print onto fabric that has undergone our pre-processing, followed by finishing. Our company conducts dyeing processing using large dyeing machines to dye fabrics for roll screens, curtains, and more. The main materials include polyester, cotton, and wool, with some nylon and rayon included. Our company offers "insulating curtains" that are lighter and have thermal insulation properties compared to traditional coated curtains. Shirasu balloon is a natural material (shirasu) that has been mined from the Shirasu plateau, formed over a long period from layers of volcanic ash. It is a fine hollow body that has been sintered and expanded at a high temperature of 1000°C. "Petatec" is a window sticker coated on the back with water-absorbent silicone resin, printed on fabric using inkjet printing. Thanks to the silicone, no glue or adhesive is needed. Simply peel it off the film and stick it to the window.
