Hot-dip galvanizing

Denkou's molten zinc coating protects the limited resource of iron from rust.

In our surface treatment department, we carry out hot-dip galvanizing of steel structures manufactured by our steel construction department, as well as friction surface treatment after hot-dip galvanizing, white rust prevention treatment after hot-dip galvanizing, various types of painting, and packaging and shipping. To protect various steel structures such as communication towers, building steel frames, road sign poles, road lighting poles, and outdoor multi-story parking lots from rust, we apply surface treatments of hot-dip galvanizing and painting before delivery. Additionally, we have obtained JIS certification for "JIS H 8641 Hot-Dip Galvanizing."
